Formed in 1935, the Corporation was the nation's first builder authorized to build homes under the FHA.Through expansion and remodeling of existing facilities, the company today provides comfortable housing for more than 1000 residents in a wide variety of houses, apartments and townhouses.

Meadville Housing Corporation is a privately owned corporation not affiliated with the city of Meadville or Meadville Housing Authority.

Meadville is located in Northwest Pennsylvania approximately 90 miles north of Pittsburgh and 35 miles south of Erie.
